 Dear Sam,  

The Hollingsworth genealogy books are beautiful.  The copies are nearly identical to the original.  The cover is a near perfect match.  And, the  restoration of the original will insure its lasting another hundred years. I know that the family, both near relatives and those more distant, will be happy to have this ancestral  record.

I was slightly surprised that the books arrived before the final bill.  However,  with your experience and in your particular business,  you probably do not expect final payment to be a problem.   How wonderful.  How contrary to present practice.  Anyway, the Invoice arrived and the check will be in the mail tomorrow morning.

Dear Sam,

I just wanted to reach out to you and thank you and your team.  The book is beautiful.  I love the slip cover, binding pages, cover, everything.  I began this project this time last year and never in my wildest expectations did I think it would be this long in arrival.  It has been a tremendous effort, but your bindery made it all possible.  You have indeed created something that my neice can (hopefully) cherish for a lifetime.
